Hi, I’m Diana, co-founder of Elevate RN Aesthetics. My journey in the medical field began at just 19 years old, starting as a Medical Assistant, advancing to Licensed Vocational Nurse, and now proudly serving as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Injector. With years of hands-on patient care experience, I’ve always had a passion for helping others feel confident, healthy, and empowered. Elevate RN Aesthetics was founded from a vision created between two friends who are both Registered Nurses and shared the same dream of building something meaningful together. Our passion for patient care, beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best inspired us to create a space where medical knowledge and aesthetics come together. Nora and I decided on the name “Elevate RN” because it represents our mission to elevate confidence, wellness, and self-love in every client we meet. At Elevate RN Aesthetics, we strive to provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment where women can feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. We specialize in personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, wellness injections, weight loss services, and more — all designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining elegant, balanced results. Hello, I’m Janira Ruvalcaba, LVN — nurse injector, entrepreneur, and co-owner of Elevate RN Aesthetics. Since 2015, I’ve dedicated my nursing career to caring for patients in multiple settings, including bedside nursing in hospitals and home health care, where I developed a deep passion for patient care, compassion, and building meaningful connections with the people I serve. My journey in healthcare eventually led me into aesthetics, where I found the perfect balance between medicine, artistry, and confidence-building. My passion goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about creating results that still look like you, just elevated. Known for my eye for detail and natural results, I specialize in subtle yet confidence-boosting transformations while making every client feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their experience. Behind the luxury aesthetics is a woman driven by ambition, resilience, and the desire to help others feel their absolute best inside and out. Hi, I’m Nora Lee Hernandez, RN, co-founder of Elevate RN Aesthetics. My medical journey began in family practice, where I worked as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Limited Radiology Technician before becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse and later a Registered Nurse. Through my experience in family practice and home health nursing, I developed a deep respect for patient safety, compassionate care, and the trust people place in their healthcare providers. As a wife and mother of two, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, self-care can feel like something we have to earn instead of something we deserve. That is one of the reasons we created Elevate RN Aesthetics: to offer a welcoming, supportive space where clients can feel cared for, informed, and confident in their choices. At Elevate RN Aesthetics, my priority is to provide aesthetic and wellness services with professionalism, safety, aseptic technique, and a personalized approach.
